Chocolate Sauce

100g dark chocolate, chopped
100ml double cream
1 tablespoon golden syrup or honey
Pinch of salt
Heat the cream in a small saucepan until just steaming, not boiling.
Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate, syrup, and salt until smooth and glossy.
Serve warm
