Chocolate Sauce

Serves: 4
 Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes

 100g dark chocolate, chopped
100ml double cream
1 tablespoon golden syrup or honey
Pinch of salt

  1. Heat the cream in a small saucepan until just steaming, not boiling.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate, syrup, and salt until smooth and glossy.

  3. Serve warm
