200g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons yoghurt (Greek or plain)
2 tablespoons olive oil
60–80ml water (adjust as needed)
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add yoghurt, oil, and enough water to form a soft dough.
Knead briefly until smooth.
Rest 20 minutes
Divide into 4 balls and roll out to ½ cm thick rounds
Cook in a hot dry frying pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden spots appear
Serve warm or wrap to keep soft.
